Yesterday morning, the first snow of autumn graced the high-altitude areas of Mount Emei Scenic Area. In the wake of this early snowfall, the mountain transformed into a fairy-tale landscape—glistening white snow harmonizing with vibrant autumn foliage, rolling seas of clouds, and golden sunrise rays. The ancient temples around the Golden Summit radiated a uniquely serene charm amid the snowy scenery.

Though this brief cold snap and snowfall did not lead to accumulated snow, historical weather patterns suggest that snow-covered vistas in the high mountain zones are expected to appear by early December. Coinciding with that time, the 27th Mount Emei Ice and Hot Spring Festival will officially begin. We warmly invite friends from around the world to experience the dual magic of winter snow and soothing hot springs at Mount Emei!
